British Gas - Result

Had a call from British Gas regarding my oven today. The knob I spoke to FRiday had only gone and booked the job out to an engineer who was on holiday. The job is now rebooked and they have offered £30 in compo.
Still waiting for the call from 'Customer complaints', so may get even more out of them.

It just proves that if you complain, you can get things done.
