Right, first-off, Ebid sales are non-existent so need to try something new on that front.
I am getting a new side-kick soon. Trouble is, it could be a permanent staff member so if they are on a lower hourly rate than me, then my rate could be dropped to match theirs.
If that happens then I will leave with one days notice.
